Abstract: In a context marked by the need to reduce phytosanitary inputs and adapt to current climate change, the AVVENIR project has the general objective of developing a multidisciplinary and multi-scale approach to, on the one hand, clarify the prospects for grape composition, and on the other hand assess at local level the adaptive potential associated with the environment and the actors on the ground. Its specific objectives will be 1 to specify the effects of high temperatures and certain agronomic characteristics on the qualitative potential of grapes and wines; 2-to characterize and model the variability of temperatures on a fine scale for the whole of the Gironde winegrowing; 3-to develop communication tools to promote this adoption.
