Etude de l'interaction de la vigne avec son environnement physique (sol, climat) dans les agrosystèmes destinés à la production de raisin en vue de l'élaboration de vin de qualité.
Effets des statuts hydrique et azoté sur sa phénologie, son développement et la maturation des fruits à l'échelle de la parcelle.
Développement d'indicateurs physiologiques pour déterminer la vigueur de la vigne, son statut hydrique et son statut azoté.
